This past Sunday Pastor Napoleon preached that walking in love is a lifestyle that honors God in every area of our lives. It is more than simply feeling affection toward someone or giving them whatever they want. Emotions and feelings come and go, but we must intentionally set our will on walking in the same love that God first demonstrated toward us.

Fathers, grab your daughters! Daughters, invite your fathers! Mark your calendars for a memorable Father & Daughter Evening on Saturday, September 5th from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Hosted by the Men's and Women's Ministries, this elegant and unforgettable event will be held at The Grange Hall in Danville.
Enjoy a delicious sit-down dinner, uplifting words of encouragement and exhortation, and a special time of father-daughter dancing celebrating this treasured relationship. The cost will be $50 for Father/Daughter couple and $20 for each additional daughter. Registration will open on August 14th and close on August 23rd. Space is limited, so be sure to register early. This will be a special evening that you and your daughter-or daughters-won't want to miss!

The Reach One Evangelism Ministry is holding a six-week workshop on situational evangelism, with emphasis on one-on-one witnessing. The next class will be on Sunday, September 6th from 9:00 am to 10:00 am in Multi-Purpose Room B.

The Transportation Ministry is pleased to announce the restoration of our complimentary pick-up and drop-off service for Sunday worship services. This service will be available on the second, third, and fourth Sundays of each month.
To schedule a ride, please call (925) 784-0926 by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before.
